GENERAL INFORMATION

Registration for Cats/kittens born in Commonwealth of Republic of ireland

Cats/kittens born in the Republic of ireland to GCCFI registered parents should exist registered with GCCFI.

Registration for Cats/kittens born in Northern Republic of ireland or Britain

Cats/kittens born in Northern Ireland or Smashing Britain and registered with GCCF tin exist dual registered with GCCFI on payment of the appropriate fee and in that location is no need to consummate a registration form.  For further details please contact the GCCF or the Registration Administrator (contact details below).

GCCFI Registration for Cats/kittens born in whatsoever other country

If your cat/kitten was born and/or registered in any other country or with any other registering body nosotros crave:-

1	Original registration certificate which should show 4/v generations of pedigree from other registering body, i.e. CFA, Fife, Tica.  When copied and recorded by GCCFI, this document volition be returned to you.
two	If not stated on the certified pedigree, please provide a copy of a certificate showing you equally the registered possessor. In the case of joint owners both names should be shown.
three	A completed GCCF of Ireland Application to Annals form (available on the FORMS Page).
4	Details of Pet Passport scheme or quarantine details: Cats imported from anywhere other than the United kingdom of great britain and northern ireland must take either a Pet Passport or be quarantined on arrival in RoI. Details from Section of Agriculture Pet Passports or phone +353 1 607 2827

Genetic Testing

Some GENETIC TESTS are compulsory for agile registrations - for information regarding tests required, delight contact the Registrations Administrator, Caroline Wren, registrations@gccfi.com or telephone 063 86942

Breed Numbering

The GCCFI have adopted the GEMS Breed Numbering System and breeders are requested to please apply this system with immediate effect.

REGISTERING

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS

Nosotros now take an on line registration service supported by the GCCF in the UK. To use this service please click HERE (to Login or Enrol).  Payment tin can be made by Debit or Credit card. If you use the on line services and overpay or y'all have paid for something that cannot be provided the GCCF volition refund yous on our behalf.

If you already take an business relationship with the GCCFI or GCCF you can use your Username and Countersign to log in. Please do not try to open up GCCFI & GCCF pages at once. If you take never used the online service before you need to enrol and then follow the instructions. Should you experience any difficulties with this procedure delight either email the GCCF – info@gccfcats.org or telephone +44 1278 427575 (between 10.00am – four.00pm Monday – Friday).

MANUAL REGISTRATIONS

We would encourage yous to use the online service and it will enable y'all to view all the cats owned and/or bred past you lot. Still, if yous are unable to do this, yous may notwithstanding register and transfer manually. Forms are available on our FORMS page and should be completed and sent every bit directed on the grade, together with payment. REGISTRATIONS & SHOWS

Inbound a GCCFI Testify before registration paperwork is consummate

If you wish to enter a GCCFI licensed testify and yous have applied for but non received all the relevant registration papers, y'all may enter by complying with the following:-

1. Complete your Registration Application on line or manually and pay the registration fee. If yous are registering a cat from outside GCCFI or GCCF please ostend that that you have applied for the Certified Pedigree to the appropriate registering body. Exercise NOT Expect TO RECEIVE THESE DOCUMENTS. When received please forrad to the Registration Ambassador (contact details below).
2. Complete your evidence entry. In the box on the entry form for Registration No put RAF (Registration Applied For). Please note that Show Managers are obliged to check that applications and the fee to register have been made and received. The use of RAF should be used for 1 single or one double evidence just. If for any reason you need to use this a 2nd time you must contact the Registration Administrator (contact details below).
   
3. If you are transferring a cat/kitten into your proper name you should send the registration card with your details and the fee to the Registration Administrator (contact details below)
   

In the Reg No box on the bear witness entry form put TAF (Transfer Applied For).
